Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Returning an item

• You can return an item within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
• It must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags, accessories, manuals and free gifts included.
• Please keep your order reference (it starts with ORD-) and proof of purchase.

Items we cannot take back

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear, earbuds and in-ear headphones, pillows and bedding that have been opened, or items that have been used, damaged after delivery or altered, unless they are faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will collect it at no cost to you and send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the delivery charge.

How to start a return

1. Contact us by live chat, email or phone with your order reference and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm whether the item can be returned and how to return it (drop-off at our store or collection).
3. Once we receive and check the item, we will let you know the outcome.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are made to your original payment method (card, bank account) within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• For a change of mind, we refund the item price. The original delivery charge and the cost of returning the item are not refunded.
• If you paid for an order that we cannot fulfil, or cancel before it is dispatched, you get a full refund.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Return the item as above and place a new order, or ask us and we will arrange an exchange where stock allows.
