These terms apply to every purchase from Novacik Marketplace, an online store run by NOVACIK Limited. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any promotion running when you place your order. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before sending it and you may cancel for a full refund.

Placing an order

Your order is confirmed once our payment partner (Paystack or Flutterwave) confirms your payment. Orders that are not paid are cancelled automatically after a short time and the items are released. If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

You can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD on our payment partners’ secure pages. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery charges and options are shown at checkout before you pay. You can also collect your order from our store free of charge. See our Delivery & Shipping Policy for delivery times and areas.

Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the conditions and how refunds are paid.

Coupons and promotions

Coupons are subject to their minimum order amount, usage limits and validity dates, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions apply automatically while they run. Where two offers apply to the same item, the larger discount is used.

Your account

Please keep your password safe; you are responsible for orders placed through your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
